To produce the authentic Retsina Malamatina, the fine Greek grapes of the varieties Savvatianos & Roditis are hand-picked and then headed for controlled vinification. With the addition of top quality fresh and freshly harvested pine resin, our retsina acquires its characteristic taste and unique aroma.
